معرفی یک موردoverlap syndrome با درگیری گسترده ریوی به صورت آلوئولیت

چکیده
سندرم overlap به مواردی گفته میشود که تظاهرات چند بیماری بافت همبند را دریک بیمار مشاهده کنیم که یکی از تظاهرات آن درگیری ریوی به صورت آلوئولیت می باشد . مورد گزارش شده خانم 34 ساله ای بود که هفت سال پیش با تشخیص آرتریت روماتوئید تحت درمان بوده است واکنون با تنگی نفس کوششی و تظاهرات بیماریهای همبند همچون لوپوس سیستمیک، اسکلرودرمی ودرماتومیوزیت مراجعه نموده، در hrct به عمل آمده از بیمار تصویرground glass درقواعد هردو ریه دیده شد که با تشخیص آلوئولیت درزمینه سندرم overlap تحت درمان قرارگرفت
